Fresh Vanilla Ice Cream

A real crowd pleaser, dare I say...nutritious, and EASY! Done in 30 minutes start to finish. Here is the ice cream maker we use. We've had it for 10 years and it's still going strong! We love making this on a hot summer day and pairing with fresh baked chocolate chip cookies or brownies, but it's also delicious on its own.


2 cups raw cream (or organic if you can't find raw)

2 cups raw milk (or organic if you can't find raw)

1/2 tsp vanilla

1/2 cup maple syrup, or to taste

Combine in bowl and gently mix.

Add to ice cream maker and churn until thick and creamy. Add any toppings you like or enjoy on its own! Don't forget to tag me on instagram if you make this!
